Homewood Suites -- Cape Canaveral -- when is it opening?

I'm Seeing May 2016 for this. Anyone know if they would have transportation to the port.

Is this a refurbishment or a brand new hotel?

"This hotel will soon be joining the Hilton Worldwide Portfolio of Brands and is presently accepting reservations for arrival May 1, 2016 and beyond."

 

I did a mock booking for May 18 and it's available.
