On Breakaway, mini suite has a same size fridge as the regular balcony rooms.

Getaway's Mini-suite has the same small size fridge as balconies. It will be filled with drinks/candy/etc for sale but you can ask your steward to empty it for you so you can use it for your own beverages.

Also, please not that some are not as efficient as others and will barely keep anything cold. Age of ship or cabin type had nothing to do with it. We were in a Spa Suite on Getaway and unopened small cartons of milk spolied in one day. On other ships things stayed cold, so be careful if temperature is important, as in medical supplies.
