We have noon flight home from Hobby airport , the ship will not be full as some a debarking in Fort Lauderdale I am wondering if we allowing ourself enough time .This will be on a Wednesday .

You should be OK as long as the fog doesn't roll in. If that happens, all bets are off and many flights will be missed. It happened to us earlier this year.
