Do you know if the ships cell towers are turned off while going through the canal?

I guess the canal is a unique location.

I was wondering if there is cell coverage there and if the ship turns off its cell tower.

I have unlimited call/text and international data in Panama.

Emerald 734/736, I chose these cabins specifically because of that unique experience.

They are the last 2 cabins on the port side. 736 has an incredible view aft as well. ;)

Wow! That's brilliant, we're in Emerald 722 when we board in under 3 weeks, so just 6 cabins along the corridor!

Outside the pier terminal is a beautiful animal sanctuary. The majority of the birds and monkeys etc are free to come and go to the outside.

Some are rescues and unable to survive in the wild so they are in cages.
