avalong Posted October 3, 2015 #1 Share Posted October 3, 2015 The e-docs I received from Windstar for my upcoming cruise did not include the 2 shore excursions I purchased. I've sent two e-mails to Windstar requesting corrected e-docs with absolutely no response. Sure hope the service on board is better than the service in their administrative offices. I've always called when I've had a question and gotten an answer right away. All the tickets will be in your cabin the first day. If they aren't there show the printout to the excursion desk. Do they show as paid on your invoice? Oh.
