Upgrade or not?

Our interior is sold out, so no more price drops.

For $16, (after I submit a form for the casino offer) we can go OV and there's plenty left, and I have a feeling between now and June, I may get lucky and end up with it cheaper than our original interior.

WWYD?

For $16 I'd take the Ocean View in a heart beat. Most times affords you a couch to sit on versus just a side chair on an inside room. Of course this depends on the ship.

But $16 seem likes peanuts to upgrade, especially if you still have the option of a possible price adjustment later.

I have never had OV. only inside or a balcony. But have been inside OV cabins and for that amount I would love an OV. They seem to be larger than the inside and some have a seat by the window which is nice as well.

I have been in a 4J, which is considered an inside but you have a nice size window which looks out onto the deck.

Upgrade for sure. Check the balcony prices too. We used to always get insides and OV until one time we go a balcony. IT completely changed the cruise and I will never travel without a balcony now.

I used to think the same way about balconies until I started cruising 4-5 times a year. When I added up all the cost savings ($600+ per cruise) of having a 4J vs. a balcony I compromised and settled on a public balcony and more money for excursions and booze. This is one of the rare occasions I've chosen quantity over quality ;)

I wouldn't even think twice about that upgrade. I can spend $16 at Starbucks in one day....

That's an easy choice for me! The OV is a larger room too, typically with a couch and you don't get that in an interior. Plus the natural light from the window. It's an easy choice in my opinion!
