Yes, it's all right next to one another. Even on site, it looks like its all one-in-the-same. :)

Lac Bae is where they teach and rent kite surfing. Probably a better water source for entry. Sorobon is a resort with rooms/cabins & restaurant where they will rent you chairs and beach bed if they are not being used by quests. Entry into the water was very different due to grassy water area. A small pier with steps was necessary to gain water access. Won't go again. Quite a taxi ride away from the port.
