You can definitely read posts and send messages. Not sure about playing games.

The cheap package you can send messages and read posts, but can't click on pics and read more.

 

The middle package allows you to do everything you can normally do.

It was $60 for the week for my recent 7-day cruise. I think the only thing you can't do with the "middle" plan is steam videos and Skype.
