Were on the same sailing, lunch menu is limited, usually its a choice of one soup, a ravioli dish(used to be with veal, last time was with cheese) salmon, a filet which is very good) & desert(ice cream or soffle(excellent). I may have left an entree out.

Have a great cruise! we will be on Regal in April. Would love it if you could snap a pic of the embarkation lunch menu in the dining room. DH is a picky eater:rolleyes:

We just sailed a few weeks ago on the Regal, and the embarkation menu in the MDR was not impressive. I have a distaste for buffets, but the buffet looked a ton better than the MDR in my opinion.

As I recall the Grand & Sapphire have only the pizza & calzones shown in that multi course menu for the Royal & Regal.

We have eaten in Alfredo's on the Sapphire and the Grand. The only offerings are 5-6 pizzas and nothing else. Even so, it is a nice place for lunch or a light dinner.

Just Pizza, but oh so good! My favorite was the Pizza Vegetariana. Not so many choices of pizza (I believe), but the best pizza I have had so far. Now, every pizza in town is just a let down.

 

On another note, I will be on the Royal in December, I am looking forward to all the choices.
