How is the Solstice?

We have sailed on the Infinity, Eclipse and 3 times on the Reflection ( last time was a year ago)

How does the Solstice compare, and is she showing any signs of wear?

A list minute opportunity has come up to sail on her to Alaska.

Any and all advise is greatly appreciated .

I was on her in March and found her lovely. She's 7-8? years old and hasn't had a refresh yet (due October this year). Some mild signs of wear on some furnishings but nothing that had me wincing in major distaste. Kept spotlessly clean. I have friends who have been on her more recently and they have commented same (or some didn't event notice anything amiss!). We are on her first cruise post her OCT dry dock so will see how she has been 'spruced up'!

We were on in November, 12 nights Sydney to Auckland and loved it. They work hard at keeping things up.

We were also on her last Feb/March for our 1st ever cruise, she is a beautiful amazing ship.

Solstice is a great ship, been on her several times, last time to Alaska. You are lucky since Solstice has Brent Nixon as the naturalist on the ship. He is interesting and everyone raves about him. He will give talks every day which are repeated on the TVS and will give a running commentary as you go up to Sawyer Glacier.
