Barcelona tour after 12noon?

We fly into BCN at 8:45am and were hoping to do a bike or walking tour of the city in the early afternoon (12noon or 1:00pm). Most tours I am finding depart at 10:30 or 11am, which is too tight of a time frame for us. Anyone have a suggestion of a tour company with a noon or 1pm tour? Thanks for any help you can provide.

Tours tend to be in the morning so that they are over before the heat of the day. Siesta starts around 1-2 p.m. for a reason - early afternoon is hot!

Sandeman's does a free walking tour at 2pm (guides work for tips). We will be doing this next week.

Or you could probably arrange for a private tour at the time of your choosing. I know Barcelona Day tours does private tours. I don't know if there is a time restriction.

Runner Beans offers free walking tours at 11am and 4.30pm, they have two tours, one of the Gaudi monuments and the other Old City/Gothic areas. This should work for you, check out the link. Several people from our RC, including us, are going to be doing this next month:)

We've used Sandemans in other cities but was told Runner Beans is better for Barcelona, which is why we chose them. The 4.30pm tour also works for us as we will be going to the Picasso museum earlier.

You may want to consider Travel Bound walking tour also. It's a free tour where you give tips at the end just like Runner Bean. They offer a tour at 1 pm and another at 3 pm. We took the Original and it was one of the most interesting tours we've ever gone on. The guide was Irish and very political/historical and we learned more about Barcelona than we ever dreamed possible. http://freebarcelonatours.com/walking-tours/

Hi!! That's GREAT to hear. We actually ended up booking their 3pm bike tour. They said that if there weren't 4 people that day for the bike tour, we could do the walking tour instead.
