Gabrielle R. Posted May 6, 2016 #1 Share Posted May 6, 2016 Hi Everyone! Been awhile since DH & I sailed with Royal, But we are looking at Serenade in an upcoming cruise. We REALLY enjoyed Radiance on our last trip. Just wondering what to look forward to on this ship. What should we make sure we do while on board her? Looking forward to hearing what you liked/disliked. THANK YOU!! Gabrielle

THANK YOU!! Gabrielle Serenade and Radiance are sister ships, very close, so your experience should be much the same as on Radiance. BillB48 Posted May 6, 2016 #3 Share Posted May 6, 2016 Sad to say you will probably "miss" the clingy shower curtains!;) Serenade has shower doors:).

Rare DragonOfTheSeas Posted May 6, 2016 #5 Share Posted May 6, 2016 We were on Serenade 3 times last year. It was a friendly ship and with all the glass there was always an ocean view from almost anywhere on the ship. The self leveling pool tables are interesting. knittinggirl Posted May 6, 2016 #7 Share Posted May 6, 2016 (edited) Izumi's is only accessible by outside deck. Though in a rainstorm, I threatened to cancel our second reservation, and they let us use the crew elevator after dinner. It was nice and quiet both times.
