Jewel of the Seas new Cabins 1140 - 1162

Thanks for the posts about these cabins. I've been searching for info and my daughter found this thread. We would also love any interior pics if anyone sails in these rooms before December, 2017.

We are in 1158 in 2 weeks, looking forward to, always interested in pics if any surface before then, if not, I will try to get a few.

I just changed our room to 1154 for our cruise in April. Any interior photos of any of the rooms along this strip would be greatly appreciated.

I didn't take many pictures of the room (1148), but it was pretty much identical to the superior balcony rooms on deck 10 I looked at, except for having all new furniture.

 

The room was super quiet, the only time we heard anything was people on the track once in awhile, and it was very faint.

We had 1148 and 1150. Did not feel on display at all. The only time we noticed people above us was when we heard the early morning runners. I would absolutely book these cabins again. I loved the privacy of the short hallway and the proximity to the pools - it made the vacation seem so much more relaxed to not always be hopping in crowded elevators! I think the location and the less crowded feel of these cabins outweighs any annoyance from the running deck above.

Yes, Adventure was supposed to get the additional deck 3 and deck 12 staterooms.

 

 

Adventure is going back into dry dock in January for 3 weeks so maybe that will happen then.

I don't remember which room we had, but I agree completely. The only way I would know somebody was up there was if they were running while I was on the balcony. We never heard anything inside our room, and these were actually more private than the ones below imo.

We stayed in 1158 and certainly would book one of those cabins again. Very quiet, no one going up and down the corridor. No issues from above. Very convenient location.

The inside looks like any other balcony room. Here are a couple pics from the balcony. We would choose this room again.

It was the part of the spa with the hairdresser.

Hi - we are thinking of booking this cabin.  How did you like it?  Was the view obstructed?
