Escape Embarcation question suite and non suite linked reservations

Hi all,

 

We are booked on Escape in May 2017, and have a question on Embarcation, will our sons 21 and 23 who have their own non-suite cabin be able to board with us in Haven? Reservations are linked?

No they will not because the suites are brought directly to the courtyard. Your other option is to board with them and the masses.

No they will not be able to because their cards are in a different area.

 

They can come to your room and spend time in your room. You can invite them to dine in the Haven restaurant for dinner (I think 2 times) at a charge of $25 each. They unfortunately can not spend time in the public Haven areas, pool, sundeck, lounge.

 

The concierge will gladly make dinner/show reservations for the 4 of you.

I have read others stating they were able to because they pre-arranged it.

 

I would suggest looking around other threads to see who they called and how they got it done. It might have been because it was for an elderly person, but I could have sworn other reviews stating it was not an issue., because they pre-arranged it, maybe through customer service or pre concierge?

 

I have also read where people were told no, no matter who they asked ahead of time.

 

I am not sure what the difference was between the two, if they were on different ships, ports etc.

 

From what I read if you just walk in together most like the answer is no, but if you ask/arrange ahead of time the answer is...maybe?

Yes, they can IF the concierge desk is notified prior and it is approved.

 

If you just "show up", they won't be allowed to check-in with you.

Well that's good to know and thanks everyone for your help, however we solved the problem by changing booking to an haven aft penthouse and put us all in it! LOL
