I'm not one of those that complain about everything, but after paying for FFTTF, and the guy turning you away, I would have either left my carry on in the room after ignoring him, or either gone to the Customer Service desk and telling them what happened. That was a waste of your money, and not fair to you!

Yes, I hate to complain but was frustrated, Guest Services refunded the entire amount, which was more than I wanted, but it seems there have been a number of refunds for FTTF, probably a training issue?

Thanks! The first night we got ice from room service. GS said it came from room service, but after we spoke to them, the room steward filled it every day. I told GS we had always gotten from steward and he told me every ship was different.

Oh no! The last day, try to squeeze as much in as possible. 7 days cruises are way too short and 5 days fly by.

In the room the casino had sent me a card for a free bottle of wine with dinner. I had the moscato

They brought us anniversary cake and sang, they also brought us birthday cakes, we told them it was not our birthday, but they insisted the office said it was.

We had planned to go to the piano bar for a little while then one of the comedy shows. However, we were the only two people in the piano bar when the comedy show was starting we felt bad and stayed. The PBE was saying his was a show too.

 

 

After a while we left, I played in the casino a while. I ordered room service. BBQ wings which were great, DH got a PBJ sandwich but fell asleep before it got there.

Hard to believe you were not allowed to go to your cabin with FTTF! We would have said excuse me we are entitled to be in our cabin now and if you don't let us through then please call security for us!!

I don't pay for things and then allow someone without authority to keep me from getting what I paid for!!

Do you happen to remember when the Casino opened the first day?

 

I've seen people say it doesn't open till very late the first night, and some say it opens shortly after setting sail.

 

There seems to be alot of confusion because of the river.

We just got off the Triumph. I believe it is not open until later at night because you are actually sailing on the Mississippi River for quite some time before you get to the Gulf.

Thanks for the review and great pictures! We are very excited to return to CCL after a VERY bad experience aboard RCL Freedom OTS last May.
