Regal E629 or E701

Anyone know how obstructed the view from these cabins are. Have a SIL thinking of grabbing one for a cruise.
I had E703 on the Royal which is exactly the same. Completely unobstructed except if you're looking straight forward. The "obstruction" is the lifeboats. Looking sort of forward, out to sea and aft is unobstructed. I'd take E701 because E629 is directly above the door to Promenade deck and people come and go all day and night, letting the door slam.

Potstech,

This maybe too much information but I found a youtube video where you can see ( and hear) the door to the deck that the very helpful posters are referring to about 6:48 seconds in. You can get an understanding of what is below those cabins to go along with Pam's very informative pictures.
