stealthy Posted January 15, 2017 #2 Share Posted January 15, 2017 (edited) You can't miss the white tent. Right next to the "other" embarkation entry. It has MSC in it and butlers at the ready. Arrive on time or early, either way. They will wisk you away in no time OR seat you in a nice area with complementary drinks until the staff escort you onboard with your luggage. All will he taken care of when you step into YC. The only way to sail. Enjoy! Edited January 15, 2017 by stealthy
mafig Posted January 15, 2017 #3 Share Posted January 15, 2017 Easy to find the tent. If I recall, we got there around 10:30 and we weren't the first.

Suggestions?Thank you! Make sure the YC porter takes your luggage and not the regular ones. A few times we have had to be pretty forceful to make them understand - NO - you do not take our luggage :) The white tent is at the first location as you enter the drop off area. Enjoy every minute of being pampered in the YC.
helen haywood Posted January 15, 2017 #5 Share Posted January 15, 2017 First time we were in YC on Divina the white tent was at the start of the car line for getting out with your bags. The second time for some reason it was all the way at the end. When I didn't see it at first I panicked! But its easy to find. Agree, do NOT give your luggage to anyone until you are under the tent. You are never going to be able to go back....

Bossa Nova Posted January 16, 2017 #7 Share Posted January 16, 2017 We almost had a really bad experience in December 2016 finding the YC tent for our first cruise on Divina out of Miami. Our limo driver was absolutely adamant that we had to get out at the beginning of the drop off area. We refused to get out because we couldn't see the white YC tent, and one in our group required a wheelchair. After about five minutes of argument the driver gave up and drove us up to the YC tent, located next to the processing building entrance. After that it was all smooth sailing. BTW say a special thank you to the butlers wearing formal black coats with tails curbside in Miami heat and humidity busting their butts to get us into air conditioned comfort! Once on board you can go to Le Muse for sophisticated lunch (or the Top Sail lounge for something lighter) while the crew is processing and delivering your luggage. - Dan
stealthy Posted January 17, 2017 #8 Share Posted January 17, 2017 Obviously trying to get a kick back from the porters? Glad you stood your ground.
