Baltimore departure questions

I have a question but it does not have to do with getting to the port, once you set sail, how long does it normally take to get to the Bay Bridge? Thanks.
I previously researched other threads. I read that:

The Francis Scott Key Bridge is about 45 (some say 60) minutes from the time you leave the dock.

The Chesapeake Bay Bridge (a double span bridge) is about two hours from the dock.

The best time to see the lights of the Bay Bridge Tunnel is on the way back from the cruise (about 9 pm.) :)

How much does it cost to park at the port? If coming in a day early, what is the best hotel close to the dock?
$15/day parking. We're departing tomorrow. Will advise if anything has changed.

Not sure about hotels. Do any offer transportation to and from the port (like at at Cape Liberty)?
