My favorite is Boatyard next to the Renaissance on 17th Street near Port Everglades.

Loved that restaurant - glad to hear it's still open as I was under the impression that it closed down.

We usually take a cab to Holllywood to go to Billy's stone crab. Hubby is a huge stone crab fan and it's all you can eat there. Also really enjoyed Bimini Boatyard, which I guess had a name change and is now just Boatyard - same place mentioned by Funship Freddy.

If you like seafood, try the 15th Street Fisheries. Great food, good ambience and scenery.

As someone else stated, the Pelicans Landing at the marina of the Hyatt Pier 66 is cool too.

I agree. Go to Coconuts. Great food and on the water. Please go local and stay away from the chain restaurants.
