Do you mean the Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute (BUEI)? The hours are 10am to 5pm, open 7 days a week.

Yes it is open as the above poster said. Also has a nice restaurant with great view. We were there on Friday. Easy scenic walk from the Hamilton ferry dock, about 15 minutes.

It is a museum, not an aquarium. The museum and restaurant themselves are wheelchair accessible. You will need to take a taxi or van to get there. The sidewalk is not suitable for wheelchairs or scooters. It gets very narrow and one section it is hardly a sidewalk. You are practically in the road. It is barely suitable even for walking in that section.
