QM2 in Boston July 4th-viewing fireworks

Yes. We watch d from the top deck in 2013. Not only can you see most (but not all) of the Boston fireworks, we saw displays from at least a couple dozen other cities and towns that had their own smaller firework displays. It was beautiful and very memorable!

 

Just be sure you're done with dinner in time to see the start. We had late seating and missed the beginning.

The Boston fireworks are set to music. You can stream the audio. It switches between WCRB & WGBH. Just Google Boston fireworks live stream to get the right link. (The QM2 wifi may be too slow, but you should be able to get land-based wifi while at the dock. Or else find someone with an FM radio, if they still make them.)

We will be on QM2 for this event this year and think that historically Boston is the most "unacceptable" place for this ship to be on this date! :)
