Issues booking restaurants on myNCL?

Hi everyone.

 

Wondering if I'm not the only one out there not able to book speciality restaurants on MyNCL? Item(s) in my cart, I click on Add to Itinerary and nothing happens. I've been trying for about a week now.

I was having this kind of issue so had to call them. Turns out in their system when I made one reservation it duplicated it for several days so the website wouldn't make any other reservations thinking I was already booked during that time. I would just give them a call. Their website has errors all the time.

I read something along the lines of they only allow 35% of times to be booked online and keep the remaining slots for shipboard reservations.

There were several of us having this problem last week. I just called NCL and made my reservations.

I also had that issue, and had problems booking my entertainment also. One call to NCL and they did it for me. Make sure they send you an email confirmation, though.

i had this problem on day 89. they are still sitting in my cart. i ended up forwarding my list to my PCC and she booked them. so now they are booked, btu i also cant delete them from my cart. never had this problem before.

You aren't the only one! I've been dealing with the same problem for weeks. Won't let me book my shore excursions either. I've given up and will have to call in.
