Can anyone who has sailed on the BA to Bermuda recently tell me when your M&M was scheduled? How was the turnout?

A few weeks ago there was no interest and there was none scheduled

Three weeks ago - we filled La Cucina day 2 (sail day) at 11 am. Over 100 peeps signed up! Had the Capitan and top staff attend. Nicely organized!

OP, have you check out the recent BA Roll Calls - some are active, others aren't and at least 2 or 3 did not planned for M&M ...

 

We've sailed BA 3X and went to 2 of 3 M&M, actual turnout was 30 to 40 at most, there's going to be no-shows - it has been scheduled on morning of Day 2 (Sea Day) at 11 AM at La Cucina - both Bermuda & Bahamas itinerary ... which clearly overlapped & conflicted with the Platinum BTS tour @ 10 AM (which others and I choose to go instead of the M&M)

 

On an upcoming BA sailing, another CC member and I alerted the person planning to put together the M&M to take that into consideration AND request NCL, when it's time to setup the hosted M&M event, to see if NCL group event coordinator can work with the ship to fit both into the schedule - TBA as we are still months away.

 

On our recent Gem sailing, we've managed to leave the M&M time unchanged but the BTS tour was moved to a later Sea Day, starting at 9 AM and was a win-win. We had a very good turnout for the M&M , better attendance than the mega BA.
