I booked the Pride 3/18/18 back at the end of January, but the payment (to Amex) doesn’t post till next week. Do I have any recourse to use this offer, or am I too late? Or early.

My travel agent was not able to add the drink package (Carnival) at booking, she told me I had to do it on Carnival.com.

 

Will I be able to use an Amex with the offer, the T&C states it must be bought when you book the cruise.

 

Any experience with this one?

Unfortunately no. The offer can only be used to pay on your reservation. You can add prepaid gratuities to your reservation but that’s the only other expense you can add with this offer.
