When you book any spa service you are able to use the thermal suite that day.

On the epic you can use the Thermal suite after a massage... when did this rule change? Or is it ship specific?

I guess you don’t go to a spa... when you typically get a message, you usually go 1 hour a head of time to enjoy the sauna, Whirlpool, etc... this is the norm not the exception

 

This has always been my experience also, at land based spas.

We sail on the Escape in 60 days. I have looked everywhere on My NCL and cannot find any place to purchase a Thermal Spa package. There are 41 items listed under the My Vacation - Spa - but no Thermal Spa package, just individual spa treatments. How do I book it online before the cruise? Thanks!

ui had to call NCL to reserve the thermsl spa pass. Never Lister on my NCL list

It’s never been the case, were you invited to use the thermal spa, or did you just walk in from the locker room. Land based spas don’t typically sell day passes.

Many do, I visit the day spa locally and buy a day pass for the spa and saunas when I go, only get a service on rare occasion. But yea in my experience it is common to get to use the pools and saunas before and after to relax and loosen the pores and muscles, makes the work of those giving the service easier too ...I mean NCL can do as they please but it's a completely logical question . No need for people to get see snippy
