Paying Final Payment when on a cruse.

Has anyone paid a final payment on a cruise using NextCruise or the LA while on a cruise?

I was told by the Next Cruise people that they can not service existing reservations. You can log on to the RCL site for free when on board and pay it that way

Only sometimes the payment tab disappears.

Just go to Guest Services. Tell them that you need to call Royal Caribbean to make a payment. They will dial a number and hand you the phone.

I second most of the replies. I have tried to deal with an existing reservation while on board and Next Cruise wouldn't help me. I went to guest services and made a phone call. Final payment day for a future cruise happened while on board and I needed to pay.

Thanks, thinking about it that is what I did Celebrity a few years ago. I asked the Future Cruise person and he called Guest services to let them know I was coming.
