SadieN Posted July 31, 2017 #2 Share Posted July 31, 2017 Usually you'll have a brunch menu that'll have both breakfast and lunch foods. Feel free to have both breakfast and lunch on those days. True lunch menus are now done on cruises with lots of sea days, like the Hawaii itin with 9 sea days. On those cruises we've had three seadays with breakfast/lunch menus. Each lunch has been a different menu. They usually have some sort of salad entree, pasta, hamburger, fish etc. Sent from my iPhone using Forums

SadieN Posted July 31, 2017 #6 Share Posted July 31, 2017 there is no lunch in the MDR on shore days, only the SeaDay Brunch Yep, Port days usually only have breakfast, no lunch. But if it's a late arrival it could be either brunch or breakfast/lunch.

Rare BlerkOne Posted August 1, 2017 #9 Share Posted August 1, 2017 The lunch menus, when available, seem to be the same as in days one by.
Kfxduners Posted August 1, 2017 #10 Share Posted August 1, 2017 Speaking of the brunch menu...is the corned beef hash any good? Or like the old fashioned cat food looking stuff? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-T337A using Forums mobile app
meatloafsfan Posted August 1, 2017 #11 Share Posted August 1, 2017 We are on the Miracle Transcanal, wonder if they will have lunch in the MDR. We really miss the MDR lunch. My guess would be yes. Most of the Journey cruises that have numerous sea days alternate the brunch and lunch menus. We have enjoyed the lunch when it was offered on the Pride. zephyrhillscruisers Posted August 2, 2017 #12 Share Posted August 2, 2017 Every SeaDay Brunch I've had has been tasty and filling. Bagel Breakfast (Never really liked salmon until I discovered this.) and the Steak 'n' Eggs with coffee. They bring round a pastry platter. Then I walk it all off by scouring the Ship for a pair of open deck chairs.
