Rare Scrapnana Posted August 24, 2017 Author #6 Share Posted August 24, 2017 Noordam is in the lead and already in the Gastineau Channel. Unfortunately, it is still dark in Juneau. (Sunrise is 30 minutes away.)

Happily@Sea Posted August 24, 2017 #9 Share Posted August 24, 2017 I wonder where Infinity is? She is supposed to dock in AS and be there ahead of Noordam, but she isn't even on the map. The Sun is following Noordam in.
Rare Scrapnana Posted August 24, 2017 Author #10 Share Posted August 24, 2017 I wonder where Infinity is? She is supposed to dock in AS and be there ahead of Noordam, but she isn't even on the map. The Sun is following Noordam in. I was wondering that, too. I clicked on all the ships and could not find her. Has she turned off her signal???

Happily@Sea Posted August 24, 2017 #12 Share Posted August 24, 2017 She is there - other side of Douglas Island. Her ship symbol is much too small. She is the southernmost one coming around the island. I looked her up on AIS channel and she is that same small size, there too.

Happily@Sea Posted August 24, 2017 #16 Share Posted August 24, 2017 I wonder why Infinity is represented as so small on the map, she looks like a passenger ferry. :D

Happily@Sea Posted August 24, 2017 #21 Share Posted August 24, 2017 Moving very slowly off camera. At least we are not panning - that would make it worse. I can handle a few minutes out of sight, she is really early.

Happily@Sea Posted August 24, 2017 #25 Share Posted August 24, 2017 It's been a long time since I've seen a ship that lit up in the am. Alaska is heading toward winter daylight hours.
