dvond Posted October 25, 2017 #51 Share Posted October 25, 2017 You are most welcome. Any other questions...just ask! They keep it raked pretty well and indeed is an easy walk all along the beach. Enjoy and have a fantabulous cruise!! :) Do you have a favorite spot? Just curoius
Luv2Cruz24/7 Posted October 25, 2017 #52 Share Posted October 25, 2017 Food is pretty much a 2 minute walk straight ahead from the tender port. There is shopping to the right as you leave the tender port, and the last time I was there they took cash only, and they don't haggle much at all. There are umbrellas for rent. I'd for sure bring a hat. You can shop at Coco Cay!?!
Clarea Posted October 25, 2017 #53 Share Posted October 25, 2017 You can shop at Coco Cay!?! Yes, they have their version of a straw market. Cash only.
Rare island lady Posted October 25, 2017 #54 Share Posted October 25, 2017 Do you have a favorite spot? Just curoius Walking the beach all the way to the end, donning our walking shoes (carried in our back backs) and hitting the interior nature trail. (Very rocky trail at that end) At the opposite end, we just hang out and relax, then walk the road back for a late lunch on the ship.

Finally bought my Coco Cay magnet there this last time. Heading there tomorrow, currently in Nassau. I have seen reports of construction and fences preventing that. YMMV
Rare island lady Posted October 26, 2017 #62 Share Posted October 26, 2017 Stopped at Coco Cay today, hung out for a couple of hours, then the announcement was made we could not tender due to the windy conditions. Drats...first time we have missed that island. We have been incredibly lucky to this point and have not missed it in 15 or more visits. First time was coming I guess. :(
