MLife Benefits

Just received my MLife Pearl card and was wondering how to take advantage of this when onboard Rhapsody next month. Do I need to bring my card or can I link my MLife account to my C&A account and just use my seapass? I am having a hard time getting through to RCI using the 800 number on the website.

Yes, it was. Now what? Sorry, do not mean to be a pain!

Your C&A status really does not come into play. So if Borgatta is an MLife property and Black is a high level, I seem to think MLife called it Noir, that is that the basis of your Platinum MLife card. I have a Platinum card because of my C&A status. I believe Diamond and above get that level bestowed.

Anyway, you used to be able to flash that Platinum card to the Host and get some perks. Better exchange rate, some drinks, free internet, and maybe dinner. They don't allow that anymore, it's double dipping. :o

If you have the Platinum card because you are a high roller, MLife will acknowledge that and you should get your benefits by the second day, or maybe the first.

Good luck.

Forgot to add that if you are sailing Grandeur you may not be able to gamble first and last night anyway. MD law I'm told

Thanks John. Yes it's Maryland law. We have a new MGM casino in Maryland (National Harbor) near Washington and they cannot serve drinks on the playing floor, unlike Atlantic City, NJ. That's where the Borgata is & we love it there!

Gambling without alcohol. [emoji33]

Is smoking allowed?

Try contacting Club Royal at 888-561-2234 and they will link your accounts and notify the ship. Also can reach them at clubroyale@rccl.com.

I was told on the phone by a member of the casino staff that I would not received any MLife benefits because we were booked in a group. I told them Celebrity honored my MLife status when we were booked in a group and I was told they have different guidelines.

Unfortunately, that appears to be true. Our M-Life status is Platinum because our Crown & Anchor status is Pinnacle.

All we wanted was the complimentary specialty restaurant dinner Royal offers M-Life Platinum members. When I went to check it out, Royal put the kabosh on that and and explained their reason which was pretty much the same as the post quoted above.

Finally got my Mlife account linked to my reservation, one of the benefits is an entertainment tour- what exactly is this and how do you know when it is? Thanks for any info.

Behind the scenes theater tour given by some of the performers. Check with the Cruise Compass or Guest Services.
