I usually book a long way out a anything can happen. But usually by final payment date I can tell if it’s a go (barring some emergency). Sent from my iPad using Forums About a moth before my cruise the price of a non refundable balcony gurantee was 300 less than my inside cabin. I was able to upgrade without a problem.
