It was panning earlier and then as it got to be after 4 pm, they stuck on Insignia. She was supposed to leave same time as Eurodam, but guess who's still sitting there—blocking the view from the square.

When there are 4 [four] ships in port and you focus on just one - pre-panning and time to sailaway - that is laziness on the cam operators - or they like that ship over all the others. Or they just want to show Mallory Square. If so, then don't label yourself a port/harbor camera - put the real location in your title.
