tbillcruising Posted January 3, 2018 #1 Share Posted January 3, 2018 Will Nassau be hot enough for the beach/pools in February? Will the water be warm?
pacruise804 Posted January 3, 2018 #2 Share Posted January 3, 2018 It will likely depend on what you consider warm. Previous posts about this list water temps in the low-mid 70's and most people from the southern US find that too cool. Air temperatures will vary, but I am expecting 80's. Some pools might be heated. We are from Pennsylvania and have booked a Snuba excursion. I will likely wear a rash guard over my swimsuit and have a shirt or wrap packed for after in case it is cool, but I won't worry about an actual dive suit. geegee1 Posted January 5, 2018 #3 Share Posted January 5, 2018 Will Nassau be hot enough for the beach/pools in February? Will the water be warm? Usually, yes. Of course with weather anything can happen. Last time we were there it was very cold and windy. All of the previous trips it was beautiful beach and pool weather. afmomma Posted January 9, 2018 #4 Share Posted January 9, 2018 Living on the east coast of florida I know we won't be in the water in February while in the Bahamas. Hopefully the weather will be good... Sent from my iPad using Forums

OCruisers Posted January 11, 2018 #6 Share Posted January 11, 2018 The water temperatures in the Bahamas in February tend to be on the CHILLY side.

BrBrCruise Posted January 12, 2018 #8 Share Posted January 12, 2018 I typically visit towards the end of February. Have been able to swim each of the past 5 years.
