Fitness Center - Reflection

Don't see much info/pics on the X website, feedback is appreciated: How many ellipticals do they have? Are they open 24hrs.? What times are most crowded. Are there resistance hands or bring your own? Any helpful hints?

Was on the Reflection this spring and the gym was never too busy except on sea days. Worked out early mornings and don’t remember ever having to wait. Used the treadmills more but seems like they had at least 6-8 ellipticals. Gym opened at 6 am and was open fairly late into the night.

Fitness center is not open 24 hours, believe the hours are 6-10 or 11. Late afternoon it is generally not at all crowded.

There are maybe 12-15 ellipticals if I remember correctly. More treadmills than ellipticals. They did have bosu balls, bands and maybe some TRX straps. Free weights are very limited. The gym is usually busy in the morning early on in the cruise then the crowd fizzles out as the days progress.
