Question About Cruise Air Arrangement Time Frame...

Hello all, looking to book through the cruise line airfare, which will be cheaper than through other outlets, my question is, if I plan on doing self-guided tour of France and Italy approximately two (2) weeks before my sailing out of Rome or Venice and dis-embark in Barcelona where I will spend another three or four (3/4) days, will this be permissible?

Princess allows you to book flights up to 30 days before the cruise and 30 days after the cruise.
