Carnival Pride...A few Questions for recent cruisers

Going on the Pride on 2/4 and looking forward to sailing on a different Carnival ship.

 

I've been asked by the people I'm traveling with...

 

Does the Steakhouse have the new menu?

 

Does the Deli have the new menu?

 

Is there a cigar bar?

 

Can you smoke cigars on the outside decks (in the designated areas)?

 

Does the casino have the old fashioned slots (not the video ones)?

 

Is Ken Burns still on board as Maitre D ?

I seen a few cigar smokers at the smoking area on the Lido deck. There is a few reel slot machines, but not many.

Ken was the Maitre D on the 12/24 cruise

I was on the 12/17 sailing and the steakhouse and deli did NOT have the new menu.

I just posted this under All Things Pride, I was emailing with Ken and his last day on the Pride is this Sunday, 1/28/18. He is going to the Horizon to train staff and will sail on the Horizon until it sails to the US. I believe he plans on returning to the Pride.
