We are on the Equinox next week.....just wondering if those on it this week would care to post conditions after they call on this port tomorrow. We have several people in our group with health issues who should not get off ship if air quality has not improved.

These fires already have time, sometimes these are provoked intentionally by the locals to have farmland. Especially if it is for sugarcane or corn. Perhaps this is one of the reasons for the fires after the destruction left by the hurricanes

We were on the Equinox last week. There were two landfill fires set on purpose by the government. We did a lovely sailboat excursion through the ship in St. Martin so we just saw the fires from a distance.
