gleno74 Posted March 24, 2018 #1 Share Posted March 24, 2018 Hi I am booked to go on a river cruise with Evergreen tours from Budapest to Amsterdam in early June this year and was wondering about the weather conditions which are not the best at the moment although I know its winter. Are the river cruises along that route sailing now I have heard horrible reports about how people spent a lot of their hoiday on buses a few years ago and i would hate that to happen this year. Thanks Gleno
6rugrats Posted March 24, 2018 #2 Share Posted March 24, 2018 No one knows what river levels will be in June. Yes, sometimes people end up being bussed, instead of traveling on the river. There is a river cruise forum on Cruise Critic you might enjoy reading. https://boards.cruisecritic.com/forumdisplay.php?f=

paul929207 Posted March 24, 2018 #4 Share Posted March 24, 2018 A few years ago we took a river cruise across Europe. The weather was great, but sometimes the water levels can be a problem. No way to predict
6rugrats Posted March 24, 2018 #5 Share Posted March 24, 2018 It's only March! I wouldn't worry about what the weather is like now. You've got no control over it anyway.

Rare Keith1010 Posted March 25, 2018 #7 Share Posted March 25, 2018 I agree. There is nothing you can do about it and I would just wait until you get closer to check out weather reports. I hope everything goes well for you. Keith
