Enjoy! have a great time- going in 4 weeks. off topic- I was wondering- at what point (Verizon) would I need to shut off my phone to avoid roaming charges?

 

Just turn off data roaming if you're really worried about it. That way, the worst that happens is you get charged for recieving some text messages (I believe at 5 cents a piece to recieve or 50 cents to send) but you won't run up the insane data charges. You usually get a text message to your phone when it has switched over to the ship's towers.

The bow of the Bliss will be much nicer, since they will be bringing back a forward observation lounge like the Spinnaker on the Gem....:cool:

I have AT&T and still had service when I texted a friend at 9:52. It was probably only 1 bar though and I shut off my service right after that.
