Website dashboard missing information

Recommended Posts

I am having the hardest time finding my cruise information on Royal's website.

I am looking for the info that displayed on the old website for my currently booked cruises. Breakdown of pricing, payment history, etc. I can't find it anywhere!

Here is what I see when I look at the dashboard. Stateroom details only shows me the stateroom number and people in the room. It says your have no edocs not available at this time.

Anyone know how to access this information? Thanks!

I’m having the same issue. Now I only booked my cruise last 3 days and also don’t sail till 2019.

At what point will this information show up on their website?

Thanks

You have to click on "make a payment" to see breakdown.

Thanks, when I did this, it only showed what I still owe. There is no breakdown for cabin, fees, or what I already paid.

You can use this automated number for an invoice request: 866-562-7625, press #4. Better to have it in writing anyhow.

Aren't people getting a confirmation email showing everything?

My confirmation email only contained the reservation number and the amount of my deposit. It also stated I received a $100 discount for being a Crown &Ancor member.

No breakdown of total cost, adjustments or down payment.

Thanks for this number. I needed to call them anyway and they emailed me the full breakdown of costs and payments.

No, for at least a year Royal sends only confirmation number and down payment. You have to request a full breakdown...

Interesting, we always call to book and while on line with the specialist I always ask for an email and get it right away before hanging up, so I can check to make sure everything is ok and has all the info.

It is just very frustrating since we used to be able to see all of the cruise information on their website. My last cruise was November 2017 and I was able to view all the information I needed in real time.

I do the same. Mine always shows everything including OBC if I was given some by my CVP. Mine has Cruise Fare, CAS NO REF DEP, 30% NO REF DEP, Vacation Protection Plan, Taxes, fees and port expensed then Total Charge / Amount Paid / Balance Due. This info is for me and DH individually and also together. What more do I need to know?

I too never received an invoice/statement via email like they always used to do. It doesn't seem right that they don't automatically send this. I've never bought something in which they don't email a statement with breakdown of costs and total price to be paid or paid. This seems really shady to me. I will never book on their web-site again.
