Summit Restaurants - Specialty

Are there only two specialty restaurants on Summit = Tuscan Grille and Qsine? We like Tuscan Grille but not Qsine at all(unless it is now the new verson) so we are hesitant to do a 3 dining specialty dining plan. Is that info correct? We like Sushi on Five but whenever we go there we never reach(so we are told) that we meet the $ limit so it would seem we would be better just paying for it directly. Any suggestions?

The restaurants you named are the only specialty restaurants on the Summit. Perhaps you should wait until you board and negotiate discounts then.

I believe Petit Chef, if implemented in Qsine, will only be on certain nights from what I've read here. No reports yet that this has been offered on Summit.
