They are assembling up on deck getting ready to join their convoy and enter the Suez Canal...

Looks like they have great day for the transit . The fog/mist appears to be lifting and there is quite crowd up on deck .

They are now on there way to Argostoli (Kefalonia), Greece

 

 

From Sunday they now got 6 ports in a row before they get another sea day.

Here is an update on the itinerary until Southampton. They have a noon arrival in Argostoli..That will give them a morning sail through the Greek Islands.:)

We called there 10 years ago on HAL's Rotterdam. Its a delightful spot. Very beautiful and just what you imagine a Greek Island to be.

I was waiting for Nana Mouskouri to burst into song at any moment.:D...or wondering ..Who pays the ferryman?

The Island was virtually abandoned after a big earthquake in 1953. Its very laid back , no traffic , a real holiday atmosphere rather than a tourist trap. One of the tours on offer was to a Blue Lagoon which went through limestone caves , We did not do that and just wandered and soaked in the atmosphere.

Thanks for the link. Sounds like a perfect place to wander and soak up the atmosphere. My idea of a unspoilt Greek Island, perfect for a holiday. What time of year were you there?

Does anyone know if there is two docks where cruises ships can dock in Corfu??, as I did not recognise the dock area from when I was there in July 2017.

Dubrovnik is a lovely place!, we where there last year and enjoyed walking around the old town.
