SeaBands Posted June 10, 2018 #1 Share Posted June 10, 2018 We on Sirena to Cuba a few weeks ago and never got a survey from Oceania while on board or after the cruise. We have sailed 6 different lines and every one wanted our thoughts on how the cruise went and comments about the ship. I just find this strange. On Oceania, there is a minimum of one mid-cruise evaluation per person (distributed with the "Currents" led on your bed) as well as the final cruise evaluation, usually distributed a day or two before disembarkation. This is repeated for each cruise segment (even across "extended journeys" (B2B booked as a single voyage).
Rare Ken the cruiser Posted June 10, 2018 #4 Share Posted June 10, 2018 We were on the May 4th and May 11th Cuba cruises on the Sirena and we got the cruise review questionnaires on our bed 2 nights before each cruise's Miami disembarkation. In fact Carson, the CD, would tell everyone at the evening show two nights before the cruise ended about a drawing where they would pick someone's survey the last morning of the cruise who would win $100 OBC. Obviously the intention was to motivate folks to fill out the survey. Strange, you didn't get yours.

With all the trees that are destroyed to make enough paper to put that pile of info et al., it is possible that OP may have sent his/her evaluations to the "circular file" by accident(?). Rare Ken the cruiser Posted June 20, 2018 #7 Share Posted June 20, 2018 Can you please post a review of this cruise here???Know many would LOVE to get all the details. Did you enjoy it,,how were ports,,,did you take O exc.>>>??? We went on a B2B around Cuba (twice) and had a great time. We got a great deal on O’s unlimited excursion package and went on a total of 5 excursions per leg. Each port had their own unique offerings and we enjoyed them all. When we first went to Cienfuegos, we took the tour to Trinidad and it was well worth the value. On the second leg when we went to Santiago de Cuba, we took the tour to El Cobre and it too was fantastic. We also saw Hemingway’s home in Cienfuegos on our second leg. Havana was also a lot of fun as we took 4 day tours to different parts of the city and 2 evening tours, one being to the Horel National to see the show. The people are great, the Sirena is great, the food is great and the entertainment was great! So in a nutshell, we had one of the best cruises ever and learned so much about a country that we know so little about, other that what we’ve heard growing up. Recommendation: GO and enjoy the experience!! It will be one you will remember fondly for years to come.
