Are you asking about liquor purchased on the ship which is held for you until the end of the cruise, or are you talking about Fun Shop liquor purchased pre-cruise to enjoy in your cabin during your cruise?

I know they price match got money back last year just took picture of price and they refunded me the difference.

Just take price and Carnival will price match. I've done it several times.

Since the on board shops try to be at least "inline" with the cheapest port price on your itinerary the prices change with each different ship and itinerary.
