EZ Air problems, is this normal?

Going on a cruise tour next year on the Coral Princess. Flights seemed to be going up, so booked with EZ Air at a price higher than I wanted. Figured no big deal since it can be modified. Tweaked our departure date and realized we could save quite a bit of money. Both myself and a friend on different computers tried to make the change. We went through the whole process, picking seats etc. only to have the system bomb out when we were trying the final conformation. This was done twice. When we went in the second time, the price had gone up, but it didn't matter, still bombed out. Did we just have bad luck, or is this something that regularly occurs? I feel like I'm trapped in my EZ Air booking and they would rather me keep my higher rate. We obviously will be checking other alternatives, just really frustrated right now.

I must have gotten lucky. I never used EZair before. But this upcoming cruise, I booked with the free grats and Air Sale. I had been watching a certain flight, and said, what the heck, it can't hurt to look, so I pulled up the EZair tab and found the exact flights I had been watching at 1/3 the cost. If I paid less, they would be paying me to fly. So I went ahead with the booking, picked the flights, seats and paid...no problem. It's a "restricted" fare, but it doesn't matter, it can't get any cheaper, and hasn't.

How can you safely monitor your EZair flight without disturbing the booked flight? This is our first time using EzAir, we called to book but would like to check for any price drops.

Without signing in, go through looking to make a new booking for your cruise (without actually making one) and you can look at what is currently available on EZAir.

I used EZ Air for the first time for our trip to Seattle from Orlando. No problem at all. I also booked the transfers from port to airport, so everything is timed correctly. The flight was cheaper than Delta's site, and the transfers were about the same as Seattle Express.

Thanks, that’s what I was thinking but thought there might be another way.
