Does NCL let you take Confetti Cannons on their ships?

Are you referring to sail a way? IF so the answer is NO, that's been banned for years

 

 

When It Was Legal: During the sail away party you could throw streamers and confetti off the sides of a ship. One tradition was to have your friends on the dock hold onto another end of the streamer as the ship pulled away until the streamer broke.

Why It’s Illegal Now: Due to increased security, visitors aren’t allowed in the port. Plus the whole pesky law about throwing plastic into the ocean.

Nope.

 

Confetti has been banned on most cruise lines for a while - partly because of the time spent cleaning it up, partly because of the huge environmental impact.

I tried to find out when the ban started, but I went back as far as the 80's and it seems that it was banned before that

Nope.

 

And should any confetti (cannoned or otherwise) go overboard and discharged into the sea, in violation of international MARPOL laws, your cruise will be over.
