I also have a pdf link that I cannot get, so I put the Alaskan Environmental permits Dept.

 

showing capacity at 4992 dated May 18th.  Maybe a fellow CCer can assist me with putting

 

up their environmental permit showing 4992 passengers permitted.

 

Go to the Gov. site here, then enter NCL Bliss in the search bar.

 

A new page will pop up, then click "untitled" Ncl Bliss pdf.

 

The permit will then show up.

 

Maybe we can get the pdf file into a web link with a savvy CC'er. 🙂

There were 4700 on our Alaskan cruise earlier this year. Lots and lots of 3rd and 4th berths filled.
