Future of Baltimore and Tampa due to bridge restrictions

Will royal caribbean you think build a new class specifically for the low-clearances in these cities in 5-10 years? Or will they just abandoned these cities after Radiance ships leave in 10 years.

I doubt Royal will be building smaller ships.

I don't remember the details, but there was talk of a new terminal south of town (Tampa) that would allow the larger ships

There was some mention of smaller ships (X Edge class sized ship) to replace Vision/Radiance class ships, but that will likely be sometime after Icon comes out - 5 years away min.

Grandeur, in Baltimore, is not Radiance class.  It is Vision class.

I know but radiance ships can fit under the bridges into baltimore.

I just hope they figure something out.  We love sailing out of Tampa, and would be bummed if we were not able.

I might actually try a Baltimore cruise if they swap Grandeur for a Radiance-class ship.
