Sounds perfect. Being at sea makes for a great atmosphere for a celebration of the ending of one year and the beginning of the next. Both of us will be in France on New Year’s Day, you in Noumea and me in St. Barthélemy. Edited November 24, 2018 by Toryhere
Rare MicCanberra Posted November 24, 2018 #4 Share Posted November 24, 2018 Nice, without having been there, I think it is likely to be better in St Barthelemy

Looking forward to celebrating both Christmas & NYE on board. Great work, we enjoyed our Solstice NYE cruise a few years ago, especially as the Solstice is my Favourite ship. Unfortunately, Celebrity seem to have their cruises with Xmas and NYE combined for the last 3 or so years, and we can really only get away after Xmas. Rare MicCanberra Posted December 7, 2018 #19 Share Posted December 7, 2018 Hopefully there will be rain on Christmas Eve but dries up and provides sunshine on Christmas day for you, the waterfalls can be magnificent when that happens.

Rare MicCanberra Posted December 7, 2018 #21 Share Posted December 7, 2018 Be prepared to get up on deck anyway as you will get the 360 views from up there. Although with Milford you do go in and then turn around to get out, the other fiords (Doubtful and Dusky) are in one and out another.
