Did anyone else get a late  boarding letter fir Monday December 3rd? Says materials have to be loaded and unloaded? Do not come until your arrival time even if your Diamond, Platinum, FTF etc?

People have reported getting it for Triumph for a while now. They're loading and unloading materials for the pre-drydock work they're doing onboard while the ship is still sailing.

Yes, I got it also. We have FTTF, but our appointment time is 12:30-1:00. We are going to aim to get to terminal around noon. I have read that rather than opening at 10, the terminal has been opening at noon due to loading and unloading in anticipation of the Triumph turning into the Sunrise. This is our first, and apparently last, time on the Triumph since it is turning into the Sunrise. We had already reserved the Triumph for January 2020 from Fort Lauderdale to Cuba, and now we’ll get to sail it as the Sunrise. A nice surprise when we got that notification. I will have to make sure I take lots of photos next week for comparison and make sure I get all my Triumph (tacky) souvenirs - magnet, pen, t-shirt...

It's been going on for a few months, now.

LOL, always a ray of sunshine..... oops a pretty good play on words.... I do crack myself up from time to time.  On a more serious note.... the check in times and boarding even when this happens are more like what other lines have, certainly not the end of the world.

I'm not throwing shade. It HAS been going on for a few months. The ship still gets under way and cruises. The only people that it affects are the ones who have to bust the door down at 10:30. If you don't normally board before 1:00, you'll never even know that anything is different.
